By accessing or using the website located at royalpalmbeachdeckandfence.com (the "Site") or by engaging Royal Palm Beach Deck & Fence ("we," "us," or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the Site or use our services.
Royal Palm Beach Deck & Fence is a deck and fence construction company based in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. We provide residential outdoor construction services including deck design and build, fence installation, pergola installation, screened enclosures, and related outdoor structures throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. Our website provides information about our services and a means to request estimates. It does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability.
Any estimate, quote, or pricing information provided - whether verbally, by email, through our website, or during an on-site visit - is an estimate only and is not a binding contract until a written agreement has been signed by both parties.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, unforeseen site conditions are discovered, material costs increase, or additional work is requested by the customer after the initial agreement is signed.
Permit fees, inspection fees, and any costs imposed by local authorities or HOA review processes are separate from our labor and material costs unless expressly stated otherwise in a written contract.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by permitting timelines, HOA review processes, material availability, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. We will communicate any scheduling changes to you in a timely manner.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms - including any deposit or materials restocking fees that may apply - will be specified in your written contract. We reserve the right to charge for any materials ordered or work completed prior to cancellation.
We reserve the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe weather conditions, including tropical storms, hurricanes, or severe thunderstorms common to South Florida.
Payment terms are specified in the written contract signed before work begins. A deposit is typically required before the project starts, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work or at milestones specified in the contract.
Accepted payment methods will be stated in your written agreement. Invoices that are not paid within the timeframe specified in the contract may be subject to late fees as outlined in that agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on a project if payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.
Where required by applicable law or local ordinance, we will apply for and obtain building permits before construction begins. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly included in the written contract price.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any applicable HOA approvals or restrictions are identified and communicated to us before the project begins. We will make reasonable efforts to design within HOA guidelines when we are made aware of them, but we are not responsible for HOA violations resulting from information that was not disclosed to us.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms - including the duration and scope of any workmanship guarantee - will be set out in your written contract.
Warranties on materials are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer of those materials. We will provide you with relevant manufacturer warranty documentation upon project completion.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature (including hurricanes, flooding, or other severe weather events), or normal wear and tear.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any concern or dispute about our services. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
